Shipping Policy
At BONE & BOWS, we offer fast, free delivery across the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery Zones & Times
All UAE orders are delivered free of charge. Delivery speed depends on your location and the time your order is placed (UAE time):
Dubai
- Order before 3:00pm — Same-day delivery
- Order before 10:00pm — Next-day delivery
Abu Dhabi, Sharjah & Ajman
- Order before 1:00pm — Same-day delivery
- Order before 10:00pm — Next-day delivery
Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah & Umm Al Quwain
- Order before 10:00pm — Next-day delivery
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched 7 days a week. Deliveries across the UAE are fulfilled by our trusted logistics partner, Quiqup. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder, then write to us at hello@boneandbows.com.
If Your Order Is Delayed
Couriers occasionally run late, particularly during peak seasons and public holidays. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please contact us with your order number and we will chase the courier on your behalf.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photograph and write to us at hello@boneandbows.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
If a UAE order has not arrived within 3 business days of the expected delivery date, let us know and we will open an investigation with Quiqup. For international orders, please allow up to 10 business days from the latest expected delivery date before contacting us.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
PO Boxes
We can ship to PO boxes within the UAE for standard delivery. Express same-day and next-day services may not be available for PO box addresses.
International Delivery (Coming Soon)
When we open international shipping, delivery times will typically range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on your country and customs clearance. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to mark parcels as gifts or under-declare their value.
