Shipping policy
A few practical notes on where we ship, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong on the way.
Where we ship
We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates. International shipping is coming soon — if you would like to be told the moment it opens for your country, drop us a note at info@boneandbows.com.
Processing time
Most orders are processed within one to three business days.
Delivery within the UAE
- Standard delivery: 2 to 3 business days from dispatch
- Express delivery: Same day to 1 business day from dispatch, where available
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Free shipping is offered on orders over 1,000 AED.
International delivery (coming soon)
When we open international shipping, delivery times will typically range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on your country and customs clearance. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to mark parcels as gifts or under-declare their value.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within five business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder, then write to us at info@boneandbows.com.
If your order is delayed
Couriers occasionally run late, particularly during peak seasons and public holidays. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please contact us with your order number and we will chase the courier on your behalf.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photograph and write to us at info@boneandbows.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of the latest expected delivery date, let us know and we will open an investigation with the courier.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
PO boxes
We can ship to PO boxes within the UAE for standard delivery. Express services may not be available for PO box addresses.
